Construction & Fire Performance
Built from 16-gauge hot-dip galvanized steel with a fully welded frame and high-density non-combustible rock wool core, this door provides 180 minutes of fire integrity and insulation. The steel leaf features reinforced edge construction to prevent warping under high heat, while intumescent seals around the frame expand at 200°C to create an airtight smoke barrier. It has been tested for both positive and negative pressure conditions to ensure performance in real-world fire scenarios.

Frame & Hardware
